Welcome to The Caboose Grille, Montgomery County's best kept dining secret. Enjoy casual, yet elegant dining in the restored Souderton Train Station built in 1927. The Caboose Grille opened in November 1999 and was the first restaurant in 13 years to bring dinners to the Souderton train station.

Jennifer Joseph is the Proprietor of this local bistro-style restaurant. Jennifer grew up in Harleysville, and attended Souderton area schools. She began her work in the restaurant business at the age of 14 as a dishwasher at The Mainland Inn. She fell in love with the daily operation and it became her dream to someday have her own restaurant. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.

We want to give you, our guests a top quality product. All entrees are prepared to order with the freshest ingredients possible. Chef Steve creates additions to the menu daily based on the freshest, most seasonal products. "The Specials" are determined by market availability.
